What is AI TV?

AI TV channels are live streams where every frame is generated by an AI video model instead of a camera crew. They don't have episodes that end — they run 24/7: an AI sitcom that never leaves the air, a desert-island survival show whose castaways are steered by the live chat, an endless radio station with generated visuals. The category began in December 2022, when the AI-generated "Seinfeld" parody Nothing, Forever pulled tens of thousands of viewers onto Twitch. In 2026 it went mainstream: generation speed crossed a critical line, and Roku switched on the first 24/7 AI-generated channel on a major TV platform.

The unlock is speed. fal.ai's H3 Max — a post-trained, speed-optimized version of MiniMax's open-weights H3 model — renders a 5-second clip in under 3 seconds, faster than you can watch it. A channel can therefore take direction from its audience in real time: viewers type prompts into chat, a language model turns them into scene descriptions, the video model renders the next clip, and it airs seconds later. Pieter Levels' Infinite Slop proved the loop at scale with roughly 37,000 day-one viewers, and the open-source SlopTV pipeline shows the whole thing can run on two gaming GPUs.

This site is a hand-checked directory of that fast-moving ecosystem. Every channel below was visited and verified before listing, with its platform, model stack and current status noted — because many of these channels are experiments that come and go. New ones are added as they launch; dead ones are removed.

FAQ

Are these channels really live?
Yes — genuinely live streams, just with a synthetic camera. Most generate each clip seconds before it airs. The "Intermittent" badge marks experiments whose feeds go up and down.

What are they generated with?
Most current channels run on the H3 family: MiniMax's open-source base model, post-trained for speed by fal (H3 Max / H3 Max Turbo) and served through fal's API. A few run on local GPU pipelines.

Is AI TV free to watch?
Nearly all of it. Web channels are ad- or sponsor-supported, and the Twitch and YouTube channels work like any normal stream.

Can I start my own AI live stream?
Yes — the Build & Learn section below has the API pricing page and a full open-source blueprint. Pick a format from the interactive or scripted channels above and start smaller than you think.
